COVENARK® NOVA is a suite of products that includes Customer Preference Profile, Operational Performance, Individual Performance, Strategy Execution, Smart Interactive Visualisation - Analytics & Dashboards, the Balanced Scorecard Automation System and Data Integration which is designed to operate on a networked environment, on the web, the internet or an intranet.
The Brand Equity, that is the name COVENARK® NOVA, is the property of mPOWER Information Systems Private Limited (herein referred to as mPOWERASIA). mPOWERASIA has exclusive Ownership of all the Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and Sales & Marketing rights of the COVENARK® NOVA software product and related services. Any data and information generated from mPOWERASIA's vast consulting knowledge base that has been input into the COVENARK® NOVA application in any form by mPOWERASIA, either for the purpose of demonstration or its actual usage is and shall remain the property of mPOWERASIA.
The COVENARK® NOVA Software Solution has been designed and developed by mPOWERASIA and is the intellectual property of the Company. mPOWERASIA owns the IPR for the design, development, GUI, process flows, programming logic flows and the software programs in executable form, of COVENARK® NOVA.
mPOWERASIA owns the IPR for the source codes (software programs, flowcharts, training manuals, technical documentation, implementation manuals, business models, measure and KPI definitions, performance monitoring and scorecarding models, strategy execution program document and all related documents) used by mPOWERASIA to create, implement and use the executable COVENARK® NOVA software.
The "mPOWER" name and its logo are the Copyrights of and is owned by mPOWER Information Systems Private Limited, having its registered office at 109, Neelkanth, 98 Marine Drive, Mumbai - 400 002, India.
Any illegal use, copying or illegal sale of COVENARK® NOVA will result in violation of the trademarks and trade secret laws governed under the Copyright act prevailing in India under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India, supported by the International Trade Marks Act worldwide.
